O’Neil the latest to become an ActionCOACH in Birmingham, Alabama

(Birmingham, AL) – There are many challenges business owners face on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis, but finding the right resources to help with those challenges can be an issue. Steve O’Neil saw this challenge time and again in his career, so when it came time to make a change, he knew that becoming a member of the ActionCOACH team could not only lead him to a profitable lifestyle, but he could help businesses, and his community in the process.

When he’s not coaching businesses, O’Neil is a member of the Birmingham Business Alliance, the local Knights of Columbus and is actively involved in his church.

O’Neil is a franchise owner with his office located in Birmingham, Alabama. From there he will help businesses located in and around the Birmingham area. His Master Licensee is Bill Dupuy.

O’Neil began his journey as an ActionCOACH in Las Vegas, Nevada where the ActionCOACH Global Office is located. Here he spent 10 days training with other new business coaches and franchise owners from around the world. They learned the ins and outs of ActionCOACH, how to run a business the ActionCOACH way, branding, systems and techniques, as well as how to apply their knowledge to any business and much more.
