ActionCLUB Business Mastery Program
The ActionCLUB Business Mastery Program is a 12 session - 26 week program for businesses not ready for one-on-one coaching or for start-ups and micro businesses. With your own accountability coach you’ll start creating the business you’ve always wanted…not just the one you’ve already got! By the end of the workshop, participants will:
• Be able to market their businesses much more effectively;
• Have begun to develop business systems to accommodate future growth;
• Have a greater understanding of how to interact with people; and
• Put the plan for success into Action.
Approach:
At Action, we believe in the principle, give a person a fish, they will eat for a day; teach a person to fish; they will eat for a lifetime. Our objective is to “teach you to fish” so you can apply the strategies in your current business plus any business you may own in the future. You’ll be given all the tools so you can see real results as you go along.
There are 10 sessions are held every other week with two bonus sessions. Each session will advance the participants’ understanding of marketing and other issues that get the maximum from their business. The sessions include:
• Session 1 – 1 on 1 Session – With your Accountability Coach set your program plan.
• Session 2 – FocusRICH.
• Session 3 – CashRICH.
• Session 4 – LeverageRICH.
• Session 5 – MarketingRICH.
• Session 6 – SalesRICH.
• Session 7 – ServiceRICH.
• Session 8 – SystemsRICH.
• Session 9 – TeamRICH.
• Session 10 – Leverage, the Board Game. Bonus Session
• Session 11 – 90 Day planning. Bonus Session
• Session 12 – 1 on 1 Session with your Accountability Coach to review and plan your next steps.
The sessions will be interactive and activity based, where applicable, and the emphasis will be on learning by doing.Participants will be required to put relevant learning into practice in their business and provide feedback to the group on successes and challenges.
Reference Books:
Each participant will receive six books that are included in the registration fee. They are Brad Sugars’ books Instant Cashflow, Instant Advertising, and The Business Coach. Alone these books provide $100 value … Participants will also be encouraged to read other recommended books.
One to One time:
Each Company will invest 1 hour up front with their Coach and one hour at the end of the 26 weeks again with their Coach.The up-front session is designed to get you off on the right foot and of course the last is to keep you moving in the right direction …
Participants:
Each Company is entitled to bring up to two people for the entire program, possibly alternating participants for several more applicable sessions; however the main participant is seriously advised to attend all sessions.
