Steve Chiama - Virginia - Firm Owner

I am starting up an ActionCOACH firm in the western half of Fairfax County Virginia. Fairfax County has about 67,000 businesses in it. Although it is a “bedroom community” to Washington, DC, there is a large number of retail, small contractors, and other small businesses that cater to such bedroom community conditions. I expect the firm to grow to 8 or 10 nominated business coaches over the next few years. I am currently in the process of building my team by recruiting my first nominated business coach and bring on administrative support.
