Meet the ActionCOACH GulfSouth and Virginia Cooperative
ActionCOACH GulfSouth and Virginia is a cooperative of internationally award winning master licensees in four territories that was developed to better leverage resources and utilize key strengths. We provide support and growth to our coaches and firm owners. This unique approach to franchising support means that every one of the coaches within the team has a greater base network for coaching, accountability and marketing the ActionCOACH brand so each coach can dedicate their time and attention to their clients’ success. Our team is led by two Master Licensees, Bill Dupuy and Sheri Winesett, each managing a section of the team with a focus in their specific area of expertise for the territories.
Bill Dupuy is the Master Licensee for Louisana, Alabama and Mississippi and has spent over 26 years in a successful sales, management, training, coaching and team development career before launching GulfSouth Strategies, LLC and partnering with ActionCOACH. Bill's passion for sales makes him the lead in the team to oversee the sales process that which prospective firm investors and sole practitioner business coaches go through to become a part of the ActionCOACH team. It is his mission to ensure that prospective coaches are the right fit for the team, as well as everyone involved in the candidates’ decision-making process is in full support of the new coach. Our business development managers are fully trained to guide potential investors through the decision process, again ensuring the best possible outcome for you and the team.

She became an ActionCOACH business owner and certified business and executive coach in 2005. In 2007, she became the master licensee and territory leader and developer for ActionCOACH in Virginia. |
